John power washed our home and patio for us. He was very professional, fast, friendly and gave us a fair price. We had not power washed our home in the past ten years so it needed a lot of work. John did a great job with it. He also helped us by calling a friend in to help us cut and remove a tree that had fallen the night before. I would highly recommend him and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Did a wonderful job power washing 330 sq feet of vinyl fencing. He had extra cleaning fluid and did vinyl siding and gutters side of house as a courtesy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150minimum. Price varies from there, based on square footage and storys of structure. If you can pull neighbors in or leads to friends, we can work out a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can inspect your structure together, I will explain an estimated time and cost, and talk about future maintenance. Main thing is for all to be informed on the work that will take place, to have a clear and precise plan so all can be happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been working construction all my life. So working construction has put me in a position of doing many different jobs of which power washing is one. Ive performed power washing on homes, barns, grain bins, tractors, semi tractor trailers and concrete.
