FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing I am not top of the scale nor am I the lowest. I provide quality work at a price customers can afford. If this is an on site bid, I do charge a $100 payment unless customer accepts the bid. With the cost of fuel and losing time installing I had to add to compensate loses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure the customer is getting what they are looking for so I will ask a handful of questions like type of tile, size of tile, type of underlayment, waterproofing, trim, grout, type of thinset or adhesive, sealers, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive in field/ hands on training. I learned from some of the best setters. I also attended the Schluter systems course for waterproofing and underlayment proper installation. Having my family own a tile shop, I know enough about types of tile.
