Alex was a big help at a good price--much cheaper than what I'd expect from larger plumbing shops.
He fixed my problem and charged the price he quoted and he didn't try to sell me additional work that wasn't really necessary. Much better experience than I've had with other plumbers.

He called me immediately and showed up the next day. Great replacement of a new faucet that we bought. The old faucet rusted from the bottom, but he was able to dissemble it from the top and pull it out. Great experience.

Very responsive and punctual but verrryyy expensive for just a service call where no repairs were made, no estimate for repairs given, and no referrals for repairs given. I’ve had a lot of plumbing work done and this was by far the most expensive ($185 for about 15 min on the property). Will not be using again. My fault for not double checking the fee.
