FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest option—and that’s intentional. We focus on quality, reliability, and doing the job right the first time.We work with homeowners, businesses, and larger properties that need dependable systems—not quick fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and focused on getting things done the right way from the start. First, I take a few minutes to understand what the customer is trying to accomplish—whether that’s better WiFi coverage, a cleaner TV setup, or a full system upgrade. I’ll ask a few questions and, if needed, schedule a quick walkthrough to evaluate the space and make sure nothing is missed. From there, I put together a clear plan with recommended equipment and pricing so everything is transparent. Once approved, I schedule the work and handle the full installation, including clean wiring, proper setup, and system optimization. Before finishing, I test everything to make sure it’s working exactly as it should and walk the customer through the setup so they feel comfortable using it. The goal is always a smooth process, a clean result, and a system that works reliably long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is largely hands-on and experience-driven, built through working on a wide range of residential and commercial technology installations. Over time, I’ve developed a strong understanding of networking systems, low-voltage wiring, and system design—focusing on both performance and clean execution. I also stay current with evolving technology and equipment to ensure I’m delivering modern, reliable solutions. A lot of what I bring comes from real-world problem solving and refining systems to work the right way long-term.
