Our experience today with Brad was positive. We needed some security devices installed. He went over the tutorial showing us how to operate the system and addressed our questions. We were also having issues with Alexa commands to control the lighting in our home. Brad spent time troubleshooting those issues and now everything is working correctly and properly grouped. Alexa is now following voice commands throughout the entire house. He is very knowledgeable. He’s going to return in about a week to see how everything is working and address any new questions we may have. Which adds peace of mind. I highly recommend him and will hire him again for future technology needs.

Techno Brad not only got us a huge savings on our bill but got all the televisions up and on line for streaming. He enjoys problem solving IT issues. Faster Wifi after he figured out that the wifi was fighting itself. Cleaned up all the old wiring and removed the Spectrum stuff no longer needed. We now can close the cabinet door. Thanks Techno Brad.
