- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Board & Train programs start at $1,400 and vary based on the length of stay and the level of training needed. Pricing includes daily structured training, socialization, exercise, and personalized coaching to ensure long-term success. We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off within 45 minutes of Pacific, MO, and provide regular updates, including photos and videos, so you can follow your dog’s progress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Consultation & Booking We’ll have a conversation (via text, call, or email) to understand your dog’s temperament, training history, and what you’d like to achieve. Once we determine the best program, you will fill out a client info form & we’ll schedule your dog’s stay and provide details on what to bring. Step 2: Training & Updates During their stay, your dog will receive daily structured training, socialization, and enrichment in a home environment. We provide regular updates, including photos, videos, and progress reports, so you can see their improvement. Step 3: Go-Home Lesson & Transition At the end of the program, we’ll do a comprehensive go-home lesson at your house, teaching you how to maintain and reinforce your dog’s new skills. We also provide continued support in the way of free lessons to help with the transition back home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of professional experience training pet dogs and their owners through board & train programs, private lessons, and group classes. My expertise extends beyond pet obedience—I've trained and competed in dog sports at the highest levels, including: Purina Incredible Dog Challenge NFL Halftime Shows Fairs, Festivals, and Private Events Over a Dozen World Championships Across Multiple Dog Sports My hands-on experience with a wide range of breeds, temperaments, and behavioral challenges has given me a deep understanding of how to tailor training to each dog’s individual needs. Additionally, I stay current in the industry by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses. I also work closely with trusted colleagues and stay up to date with the latest training techniques to ensure the best results for my clients.
