They did a great job. Initially there were some contact issues but that was due to the Thumbtack app. But as soon as we connected they came out right away, was very professional and did great work. Their pricing is also very reasonable. And working with Kairos was a great experience. He went above and beyond. The service was exceptional. I got 4-5 different quotes from thumbtak to refinish our floors and I’m sooo glad I went with Quality Flooring!! They gave a fair price, were readily available to start as soon as I got the materials and they did an amazing job. I got 600 square feet of luxury vinyl plank installed. I’m obsessed and in love with my new floors! I’ll definitely be using Quality Flooring for my flooring needs in the future! Kairos (the sales/project manager) was great to work with and had prompt communication. Definitely recommend
