Christian is excellent - not only did he do an outstanding job but he went the extra mile when my power line to the house started sparking. Unknown to either of us there was a frayed portion of the wire exposed which started sparking and he called 911, the Fire Department told me to get Ameren on the horn. Christian walked down the street to summon help from an Ameren truck he noticed earlier and got the trouble truck there before I had even hung up from the 800 line. Again, excellent job and total extra mile!
