I had a great experience with Anvil. They helped fix the flashing around my skylight and were extremely responsive — they identified the problem and completed the repair all on the same day as my initial contact. Julius/Anvi Roofing are fantastic! I had a skylight that was leaking and had multiple local roofing companies out that all insisted on full replacement of every light, not just the leaking one, and that all other repair options were impossible. None of the roofers spent more than 5 minutes inspecting and were always in a hurry. Julius replied to my message within minutes, was at my house the same day and spent easily 3 times longer than the other roofers examining the damage, including lots of photos AND videos to share what he saw. Julius provided multiple repair and replacement options and obviously knew way more than the previous guys I had out. The Anvil team started work just a few days later and did an excellent job in just a few hours! Julius was happy to take care of some other major repairs and improvements I had been putting off without complaint as well and all for less than what the major companies would've charged for just the original repair plus weeks faster too! Also Julius was polite in general and nice to my kids while working! Absolutely will be using Anvil Roofing again! In fact, Ive already got them booked!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically would like to have a brief conversations to get to know each other a bit to see if its a fit and to figure out their wants/needs. No high pressure sales tactics. Just good old fashion service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a roof contractor for 15 years and have built roughly 3500 roofs. I have done some of the hardest most complex roofing systems that you can image. I have put roofs on everything from dog houses to 250+ unit condominium buildings. I have built roofs that are 20 stories high and extremely steep. I have replaced roofs on $80 million dollar mega mansions in Miami and have done flat roofs on shopping centers. In the last year I completed a $6,000,000.00 roof on a hotel resort on the beach in Florida.
