- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No project is too small or too big - we are very competitive with our pricing. While you may see photos of our work showing some of the higher priced work, we also do smaller repairs, small houses and less expensive work as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call in or we receive your information, we will schedule an appointment with you so we can evaluate the amount of work required for your project and send you an estimate via email (we can always drop off or mail in a hard copy upon request) within 3 business day. We have multiple employees at our office and you may receive a phone call from a different phone number than our main office phone.
