Chris is the most amazing engineer! He turned an old building into something beautiful. He made structural changes to the building, took out load bearing walls and replaced them with LVL beams to create an open floor-plan among many other modifications to the building. He worked with the contractor, HV/AC, plumber and electrician to make sure that everything was going according to plan. I will never use any other engineer except for Chris. I have included before and after pictures below.

Our home had a foundation issue with a support beam pocket or so we thought did. We had a foundation company take a look on January 20, 2025. The representative told us the wall was leaning out about 1 1/2 inches. He told us that we would need to have 6 piers installed for a price of $16,000.We then contacted Chris Roux w/ Everroux and he came to our home the next day. He looked the basement over and explained to us what was going on with the wall and the support beam pocket. He said we did not need the piers. He explained what would happen to our basement if the wall was indeed leaning outward and what to look for in the future.Thanks to Chris for saving us $16,000.

Thank you, Annette and Dan, for the business and taking time to provide a review. This really helps our business to continue to provide great service to our residential clients. Although the wall may have been leaning, it was a relatively short wall and the return walls at each end appeared to be joined without any noticeable cracks, which would have existed if the wall moved significantly since the time the wall was originally constructed. Thanks again!
