About
PolyMagic is the Kansas City and mid-Missouri area (Columbia, Jefferson City, Lake of the Ozarks) leading concrete lifting/leveling and epoxy flooring company. From cracking and sinking to raising and lifting, our expert team utilizes polyurethane (rather than mud) to restore concrete to its original position. Our process is superior to the traditional mudjacking because we use tiny holes (5/8") and inject the polyurethane substance that will naturally bring the concrete back to a level surface.
We have an excellent technician that our customers rave about, as you can tell from our 200+ 5-star reviews on Google!
PolyMagic offers the following services:
- Concrete Repairs/Lifting on sidewalks, driveways, garages, porches, patios, basement, slabs, and pool areas
- Floor Coatings (20X more durable than epoxy)
- Concrete Overlays/Resurfacing
- Commercial & Residential
From larger projects to smaller repairs, PolyMagic is willing to take on both residential and commercial projects of all sizes without the excessive minimums. We are typically the first company to respond to your needs and always competitive in our estimates .... always.
We make it easy and stress-free. Nobody wants to feel stressed when working with a concrete repair company, so we've aimed to make the process pleasant and professional. We have an online quoter form that allows you to upload pictures of your project to save you time and to allow us to provide a more accurate estimate. You can simply upload pictures of the problem areas - both close up and a full scope - and we'll be able to generate a quicker quote!

Great to work with as they were accommodating, punctual and did a great job on my garage floor. I plan to have them do the same process on my patio.

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. In this day and age, when so many companies don't fulfill their work, or treat you like you're just money in their pocket, PolyMagic goes above and beyond to satisfy you, stand behind their work, and treat you like a friend. I had A young man, named Jerry Fox, come out last year, and poly-jack my sidewalk and pillars on my front porch, where they had settled into a void. They did a wonderful job, were polite, and fulfilled all the questions I had. Well, with this terrible drought that we've been in this past summer, my pillars on my porch started sagging again.....I made a call to Vince, the owner, sent him pictures of what was going on, and, he sent Jerry back out. Not only was he here exactly when he told me he'd be, he took care of my problem at hand. No extra charge.....they stood behind their warranty from the work they did last year. Now, not only is the drought not their fault, nor the soil pulling away, they felt like they needed to stand behind their work. I give Jerry and the company 5stars, and, beyond. Thank you, guys!

I noticed my driveway had dropped several inches and I was referred to PolyMagic by a coworker. This was the best call I've made. The work was done fast and looks great. I hope I dont need this done again but if I do I will definitely use this company again.

PolyMagic offers free on-site estimates with a detailed quote including pictures and measurements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
PolyMagic is a leader in concrete lifting, leveling, repair and flatwork in the Kansas City, central Missouri, and NE Kansas areas. With over 60 years combined experience within the construction industry, PolyMagic offers the most innovative and effective method of concrete repair out there – polyjacking. Although many people use the term simultaneously with mudjacking, polyjacking (polyleveling, polyfoam or polylifting) has many significant benefits over traditional mudjacking. Whether your concrete is cracking, dropping, uneven or posing a trip hazard, PolyMagic has the expertise to assess the situation and provide the most effective and cost-efficient solution. If the repair is beyond the scope of polyjacking, we are equipped to provide a new concrete flatwork solution.
