Old seal needed to be replaced and found that my type of seal t-end is not manufactured anymore. This means I needed a new retainer and seal. The young lady who fielded my call was professional and gave me all of my options (I wanted to self-install and she assured me that was my choice). Talon came out promptly within the timeframe allotted, same day of my call. The process was easy and I didnt feel pressured or put on the spot to buy anything I didnt need. We now have a brand new retainer and seal! Also, Talon showed me how I can make my garage door go down the appropriate point so the seal makes proper contact with the floor. They are located in Belton and I am in Grandview so Im happy to shop local. I am very satisfied with the service, price, and especially Talon. Give him a raise!
