- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing. Once given a price on a scope item - that price is concrete. Flexibility on scheduling &/or project phasing. Part of what comes with our price is you deal with the owner directly on any issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction. Clarity of scope. Sequence of work to be done. Estimated duration given. Any customer - new or returning - deals directly with owner. Best effort always given when it comes to flexibility. Can typically get to a job within 2/3 weeks unless it's a total remodel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a lineage of paint contractors; grandad has been in business for 65 years (still working) & father has been in business 32 years (still in business). I have been around the painting & construction business my entire life. Commercially & residentially. Worked underneath my father for decade prior to starting my own business.
