- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can go either way when we bid. It's all about want you want first. We usually sand all the railings but if you want the whole thing sanded and boards fixed then we figure out another price for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working is, you tell me what you want, and will figure out the rest for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my guys have worked for a remodeling/ renovation company in the past. We decided to leave and try our own thing but more affordable for others.
