They did a great job clearing and trimming the brush that was taking over my yard. Looks so much better. The communication was appreciated as we discussed the project and time of arrival. Showed up right on time and knocked it out. Will use again.

We needed our cedar deck posts stained and sealed and selected Miguel’s company to do the work. He helped us figure out what color to use to enhance the ‘cedar’ look of our posts and they turned out great!!! He completed the work exactly when he said he would, showed up when he said he would and completed the work very carefully, making sure the stain remained on the posts without drips or mess on our screens or trex decking. We thought his price was competitive and could not be happier with the quality of work and how easy he was to work with. We highly recommend Miguel and Elevate Outdoor!

Miguel was fantastic to work with on our fence staining project. He did an excellent job from start to finish, and we really appreciated his willingness to be flexible and negotiate the project scope and pricing upfront.
This is the kind of project where timing really matters due to weather—you need roughly 24 hours without rain for proper staining—and Miguel was very patient throughout that process. Once we finally got a good weather window, he moved quickly. He had our fence power washed within a very short timeframe, and as soon as conditions allowed, he completed the staining in a single evening.
He used one coat of oil-based Cabot stain, and we’re very happy with how it turned out. The finish looks even and clean, and he took care to carefully stain boards near the house and do detailed touch-ups where needed. He also left everything tidy and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done.
Overall, we’re really pleased with both the quality of the work and how smoothly the project went once the weather cooperated.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can go either way when we bid. It's all about want you want first. We usually sand all the railings but if you want the whole thing sanded and boards fixed then we figure out another price for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working is, you tell me what you want, and will figure out the rest for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my guys have worked for a remodeling/ renovation company in the past. We decided to leave and try our own thing but more affordable for others.
