FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. If you are looking for something cheap and cheap quality we are not a good option for you. We try to provided excellent quality and service at a price that let's us be able to put food on the table at night also. The main goal is a great finished product, a fair price, and a happy satisfied customer that feels everything was worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st contact is some preliminary questions over the phone to get an idea what we are looking at with the project, 2nd would be to visit site to visually inspect and measure the area and then discuss the scope of work involved. An estimate is generated after and if all parties are agreement then we will move forward with contract and scheduling next steps for a start date. For smaller short time frame projects may get as simple as a ballpark price over phone followed by scheduling a time to come out and complete project. Process varies based on size and need of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training through companies that I have worked for in the past and real world field work experience.
