- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a standard move or unpack the cost is $130 per hour. For a pack job it is $180 an hour and a flat rate travel fee of 150$ if you're within 50 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to evaluate inventory, quote an hourly estimate, schedule a day/ time, receive all addresses associated with the move (Stop 1, 2, 3, etc.), arrive on site, pad and wrap all necessary furniture, load the truck and deliver to location!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at Two Men and a Truck for 6 years throughout getting my masters degree and have acquired all experience necessary to run a high functioning moving company.
