Dan was always responsive whenever I had a question and was very friendly and understanding. Fair housing pricing.
While living in one of his homes the neighbors house caught fire and there was damage to our home as well. He was quick in the process to make sure everything and everyone was okay and taken care of.

Dan was my landlord for just over 2 years. He was super easy to work with, fixed things in a timely manner and was always willing to work with me. Great landlord, would definitely rent from him again.
