Changes Counseling and Mediation
A decent report was established but there is no reminder services and the policy is to pre-pay for sevices. Be warned if you miss the appointment without warning she will retain your funds with no rescheduled warnings or chance to reschedule. I found this to be non-professional as even my teenager deserves a warning. Maybe it is my fault but be warned.Aug 24, 2017VerifiedAngela S.'s reply
Always open to suggestions. I have a contract for no show appointments that is signed at the first appointment. Perhaps I am to lenient because I did not charge this client until the fourth no show. If you call me an hour ahead I do not charge. This client signed the no show agreement and became irate with abusive language after I charged him only $60 for the fourth no show. All I ask is to let me know if you can't make it. Also, I believe that we are all adults and should not need reminding for appointments we make.
Angela has helped me become a stronger woman and helped me through a lot of tough things I couldn't do by myself... depression, failing marriage (and gave me tools to help save it!) I highly recommend her!Jul 5, 2017Verified
