I spoke on the phone with this trainer and set up an appointment for him to come to my home and help my husband and I train our dog. He did not show up at our scheduled time, he did not answer the phone, respond to messages, and has not contacted me since. He is extremely unreliable. When the arranged time was set I asked, as l always do, to send me the address of our meeting and no email or text was ever sent to where I was meeting you. My schedule is very full and If after making an appointment you cannot follows thru with something as simple as your address then I figured you had gone elsewhere or changed your mind. Sorry for the confusion and appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to leave a review.
Excellent job. Did not try and force himself on the dog. Learned the background, observed the dog's interaction with myself and strangers and other dogs, asked what my end goal was for the dog. Made several quality suggestions on initial basic training and further training. Ensured I understood the amount of effort and quality of the training required by me on a daily basis. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked with numerous organization through the years and have dogs that have ended working from everything from a St. Louis county rescue dog to individuals with brain injuries from the military and NFL.
