I needed to update a resume that was professional done just 3 years ago. I thought that Kathleen would make minor updates just to account for my most recent experience. However, she listened to what I needed emphasized on my resume, understood the technical nature of my experience, and made significant changes throughout. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 15+ years in mutiple disciplines of Human Resource including talent acquisition, compensation, leadership training\development and coaching. Having this experience uniquely positions me to to assist you with your next career move.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start many many years ago reviewing and improving IT and engineering resumes when I worked with a 3rd party agency. Since then, I have reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of candidates at all levels of experience. Now, I want to share my insider information with you.
