I decided to rent my place out in the midst of closing on my current home and was very clear that I wanted to avoid two mortgages. 17 days later, Derek Merkel removed that exact stress. Had a great experience with Michael and the company. He found a really good tenant for my property which is extremely important for an owner!All the work and effort going into this process is huge including several visits to the property and time working with prospective tenants until the right one is found.Michael always maintained professionality and was always available to answer questions.Highly recommend!!

Kelsi and Alex were absolutely amazing! As a first time buyer I was very nervous to start the looking process. Kelsi listened to things that spiked my interest in a house and would let me know as soon as a house she thought I would love came on the market. She was flexible and fun to be with! Once I found the house I loved Alex helped with all the paper work. He was easy to talk to and explained everything so I could feel confident through the process. Now I am living in this amazing home! I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me though this process!
