Aaron Wilson is an incredible real estate agent to work with. He managed my condo rental for over 5 years and always ensured to take care of any of the issues that came up with the tenants. This was incredibly important to me as I live out of state and was not available for any of the day to day aspects of renting out a home. When it came time for me to sell the condo this year, he was excellent in finding a buyer and ensuring that he provided me all the necessary info to update the condo and get it sold quickly. Avenue recently took over management of the home we are renting from, as the third management company we've had in 6 months, so needless to say we were pretty exhausted from mis-management thus far. I was extremely impressed with how they immediately reached out to us to communicate the change (before we even heard from our current company that was leaving the contract), they completed our work orders immediately that had been open for the last several months, and they have been very responsive.
