I have had many a contractor out to work on my house then I called Encore Better Homes and boy what a pleasant surprise Jim Brubaker is the most Professional Contractor Ive ever hired, Thank God for Jim and his Boys they replace my hole roof in one day and I have a big house in Webster Groves, I rent it out to a nice young doctor from Washington University in St. Louis. My renter told me that Jim from Encore Better Homes worked on his mothers house, well lets just say I had my reservations, I thought it was to good to be true but I was wrong Jims the best Ive ever come across he now will work on all my rental property in the St. Louis area. Just one note here Jims a Christian and does not work on Sundays me to and I did not know that when I hired him. God Bless and Thanks a bunch Jim Joey Miller

Initially we hired Jim from Encore Better Homes to fix a leak in our roof, which he did a superb job of. I also asked for an estimate of cost to roofing the entire building. After I deciding it was in our best interest to re-roof, we hired Jim to roof of our entire building (6 units total) and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Jim gave me the initial estimate and I shopped around and found another company who was much cheaper, so I took it to Jim and asked if he'd match it - done! He estimated 2 days to complete, it took 3 but he and his team were thorough and did a great job on the roof. He explained in detail everything they did and was courteous and professional. The only issue we had was they took 3 day instead of 2 just a little minor inconvenience for the great roof we got. A big THANKS JIM Marylou
