- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs are flat fees regardless of how long they take (standard ceiling fan $50, Microwave above range $100, standard TV mount $50) For larger jobs and projects, I charge $40/HR. any questions please feel free to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
talking or texting on the phone to discuss their needs, then meeting them in person and going over all possibilities
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years residential electrical, 15 years with Hobart Service (equipment repair), and 10 years residential and commercial maintenance.
