Yes we do. Our service schedule is broken down into 10 different tiers so that you know before we start working exactly what the cost will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them at their home. Locate the panel to ensure safety. Locate the purpose of the call. Define the code compliant solution and offer alternatives so the customer may decide what option is best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10,000 hours of training as an apprentice before I could take the journeyman exam. 4,000 hours as a journeyman before I could take the master exam. I have been a Master Electrician since 2005. I have a 2 year Vocational Degree in Electronics. I have Continuing Education Units of 10-15 hours each year since 2005.
