I work with clients to achieve their fitness goals by taking their interests and incorporating them into their training, so they don't just have to complete their workouts, but they want to complete them!

I have a degree in nutrition and fitness from the University of Missouri and a minor in psychology. Along with that, I just love nutrition, fitness and kickboxing!
