Hired on Thumbtack

Used thumbtack, was contacted by Trace Thorpe; he came over the next day. He took pictures and we discussed what I wanted done with the redoing the ceiling, fixing cracks in the walls, and painting. He stated that he was sending me Evan, whom I had used as a handyman to fix something else. I had discussed with Evan about painting the room and he had stated that he really did not like to do ceilings, I appreciated his honesty. I told Trace about what Evan had said, and he stated that he would do a fine job. It was supposed to take 2-3 days to get the ceiling done and the walls painted. Evan did not seem to have much experience spraying the ceiling texture as he left and came back, and the ceiling still was not dry. Trace did come back to spot paint areas of the walls and fix one spot that had bubbled up on the wall. Having to clean my home from all the dust, and paint spatter on the trim, things just did not go smoothly!
