I needed a fence cleared and I cannot manage it. I put out a request for help and he responded. He bid $100, and when he had finished I asked him how much he wanted now. He said $125, I paid him $150, because!

He was responsive. I haven't needed him yet, because we haven't had enough snow yet. We need have a small snow that melted right away. He called me to check if I needed him to come, that was a postive.
