This is a beautiful studio which includes a beautiful community of people. Yoga here is much more than physical (although it is a great workout, with many, widely varied classes offered), but it is also a very spiritual and cathartic practice. If you enjoy feeling welcomed, becoming part of a caring community and expanding your yoga practice as well as your mind, you will LOVE Yoga Sol!
