Service Call fees are waived when major repairs are inevitable, becoming flat-rate prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally understanding each individual clients situation including ideas, requirements & personality. Offer all options available at lowest rates possible. Create a plan & complete project until 100% satisfactory is achieved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Very thorough, in-depth training in my field of work.
