Excellent! Michael is extremely responsive and does great quality work. I originally contacted him for a 1x job for a rental property we were ending the lease on. Now he comes out for 2-3x/month recurring service at our new home. Affordable, will send pictures of jobs completed if you do not live on location. GREAT quality. You will not regret hiring Michael! Also, extremely polite over the phone and also responds within a day to all texts.
