I did personal training with Craig 3 days per week for about a month. My main goal when I started personal training was to simply get back on track with an exercise routine. I needed someone to push me to lose weight and stick with an exercise program (plus I really did not know where to start!) The actual training sessions were about 45 minutes. At least once per week, we would sit down after training to discuss my goals. This was very helpful in keeping me on track with my eating habits. Craig presented me with a sheet in which I listed 10 foods that I knew are not helping me reach my weight loss goals. Next to each of those foods, we would write out a healthier option that I could go to whenever I had a craving for the "not so healthy" foods. This was an awesome strategy! The training and goal setting exercises were exactly what I needed to get back on track! I would definitely recommend Craig as a personal trainer because of the time and effort that he put into helping me. It was nice to have a trainer that legitimately cared about me reaching my goals.

I am an obese 56 year old woman, with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Craig helped me get started on an exercise program that would help me feel better physically and mentally. We worked together on an exercise program that I was able to tolerate, and helped me recognize the foods that are a main obstacle for me. Craig worked with me on a time that was suitable for me and for him, He was on time and the first session took about an hour. One of the most impressive things about Craig is he doesn't judge you for your body size or what you can and can't do. He actually said, "You may not be able to do it now, but you will be able to soon." Craig had a plan made out for me from our first visit and encouraged me the entire time I was doing the exercises. He would ask frequently how are you feeling? Is it too much? Can you go farther? He would have a nice warm up and a well planned cool down for me. On the first visit Craig gave me two index cards to write down two things that I felt were bad habits for me in my diet. I put one of the cards on my refrigerator to remind me not to have that food, and the other card is in my car so I can see it when I go grocery shopping. This idea is still in use with me after one month of starting with Craig's exercise program and help with a nutritional plan. He also gave a sheet to mark down a food that may not be a healthy choice and put down how I felt after eating that food. I then would eat a healthier choice food the next time and see the difference in how I felt. I have lost a significant amount of weight this first month, but the best thing is that I feel better physically and mentally. My legs don't have the pain in the evenings like they did before and my blood sugar levels have decreased. I don't think there is anything that Craig could improve at, he is kind, encouraging , and very aware of what I want to get out of the workout. When he states that he is training to help you feel better he means just that. I do the exercise program 3 times a week and on my off days I walk 1 to 2 miles a day. Something Craig suggested to do. Craig is a blessing , someone that cares about you as a person and feeling better about yourself. I would recommend Craig to anyone who felt that they couldn't do a workout program because of age, and or size. Craig makes you feel very comfortable.

The best part of working out with Craig is his professionalism and dedication to serving me as a client. He is very attentive. He creates what seems like personalized work outs that are challenging and have me sweating in ways I never have in life. I leave every session feeling stronger and accomplished. His facility is clean, well kept and he has quality equipment. He is constantly making changes to his facility to make sure that he is providing the best available options. I enjoy the variety in my workouts and I never have an opportunity to be bored. I am always challenged. He has a very friendly, energetic and positive demeanor and is just a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend him to be a trainer to anyone because he is very knowledgable and pushes just enough to make sure I'm truly challenging myself to my full potential. He is a great a trainer, a great person and absolutely WORTH THE INVESTMENT to my overall health.

Excellent. He is super organized and has a very detailed workout plan. Each time I went, he had a different plan. No time for my muscles to get use to the plan. He would also ask if I wanted to turn it up or turn it down a little and would continue checking my form. His garage is a great place to workout and a great view to the back yard. Super nice guy on top of a great workout.

Craig is an awesome trainer. He is very knowledgeable in his ability to train and motivate my entire family during our training sessions. He's been able to help us fully understand how to work out properly, stretching both at the beginning and end of each session. He encourages us to push ourselves. He makes the sessions fun, challenging, and a learning experience. He is so easy to relate to and we have enjoyed all our sessions. Craig goes above and beyond so I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
