Mendoza and his company did a good job today on cleaning my house. We just finished doing some remodeling so there was a lot of dust and debris and they did a great job at clearing a majority of it. There is still some areas where I wish for the price would have been cleaned a little deeper but overall I cannot complain.

I called one evening because I needed someone to deep clean my home that was going on the market. I heard from them immediately and they had an opening the next day. Everything was done to my satisfaction and more. The house smelled so good and the blinds and windows had been cleaned. They even cleaned my oven and kitchen looked amazing. The one room that needed cleaning the most was the bathroom and they immediately went to work on that and it came out spotless. I will be recommending them to family and friends. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to what type of cleaning our customers want for example regular clean, deep clean, move in move out. We do discounts for clients on weekly and biweekly cleaning services. We also price on a flat rate and we do not offer you a contract if you like our service we can definitely come back for recurring cleaning service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact new customers and ask if they need a pro to work on their project. We ask what dates and time work for them and ask what type of cleaning they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate college education and my team and I have over 10+yrs on house and commercial cleaning experience.
