What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to what type of cleaning our customers want for example regular clean, deep clean, move in move out. We do discounts for clients on weekly and biweekly cleaning services. We also price on a flat rate and we do not offer you a contract if you like our service we can definitely come back for recurring cleaning service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact new customers and ask if they need a pro to work on their project. We ask what dates and time work for them and ask what type of cleaning they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate college education and my team and I have over 10+yrs on house and commercial cleaning experience.
