Service was never provided. Offered an instant booking for Sunday May 29th, which I scheduled, but heard nothing back that day and I sent a message on Monday asking whether or not they could come and service my lawn. Said they could come on Tuesday, the next day. Well that day was rained out, not their fault, and stated they could come Friday. Sent another message on Friday to confirm and was told they couldn't come until Saturday morning due to another customer's project taking longer than expected, which was understandable. Saturday morning my family and I were heading out of town. Was told they were on their way at 9:08am, service was scheduled for 9am, so already late. I was told I'd be provided with photos after everything was complete to make sure I was satisfied with their service since I was out of town for a week and wouldn't be able to see it in person. I received no communication that they provided service, no photos, nothing. I asked on Monday if they had made it to my house and cut my grass, no response. Sent another message on June 8th, which was Wednesday of that week, no response. Yard was never cut and it was a waste of my time. I'm now going to have to try and schedule someone else, which will make the project cost more due to the lawn length being a lot longer. If you're going to provide any service to anyone, communication is key, ghosting a customer is just completely unacceptable.
