- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally estimate projects based on the square footage, but things like number of layers, height of the structure, and pitch of the roof definitely play a factor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build trust through non-pressure and honest dialogue. We always sign a contract and dont take the first check until all the material has been delivered and we have started working. We dont collect final payment until there is complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 20 yrs of experience in the construction field. I have been through numerous trainings, workshops, and conferences that directly relates to construction and roofing in particular.
