Tony came out to check out our roof after a tree had fallen on it. He was very honest with his assessment and gave us clear options for a fix. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism during and after his visit. It didn't feel like he was trying to make money off us like other companies we had give us quotes.

Pyramid was our original roofer when we built our house 35 years ago. Because of storm damage, we hired Pyramid again to to replace the original roof. about 12 years ago. We just returned from a vacation and noticed a small leak in the ceiling of an upstairs bathroom. We called Pyramid and asked them to come out and inspect. Tony Galant was there the next business day and inspected the inside ceiling and the roof. Tony determined the issue was a bad rubber boot around a vent pipe. Tony replaced it immediately and then told me there was no charge! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL AT PYRAMID ROOFING! We will never use another roof company except Pyramid!! Thank you Tony and Pyramid.
