- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will match or beat any retail quote from Liberty Tax, Jackson Hewitt, or H & R Block. Please provide a quote, or invoice for services, no more than 30 days old.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet first with customers virtually. During our introduction I want to get to know the person, their business or profession, and how they are involved in the community.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a graduate degree in accounting and I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Missouri.
