Jeff was incredible. He has a deep expertise and understanding of computer both on the hardware and software side. He made sure my pc upgrade was done right and built to last. I was upgrading a part on my pc and Jeff did his due diligence to make sure I had the right equipment. Turns out I didn’t and the only way to make it work was to go the upgrade route. Jeff was able to completely dismantle my old prebuilt PC, take the useful components, and reassemble them plus the new components into a new case all at cost and labor. He helped me identify the correct parts to upgrade with and how they would interact with each other, helping me build a machine that will last. Can’t recommend him enough and his deep expertise in the area.

I’d first like to start by saying that this was the first time I use thumbtack and even first time using an in home tech service like this, but Jeff went about and beyond with helping me get my gaming pc back up and running smoothly. He came in introduced himself and showed me everything he was doing and explained and walked me through all my questions. He even ran extra tests to make sure it was all working properly after he did the update. If you need anything tech related he is the man. Do not hesitate!! 10/10!!
