I selected this company due to the excellent prior reviews on Thumbtack and because the technician was local and would come to my home to do the work. Jeff made the initial diagnosis from information I provided him in a message, and provided an estimate. He scheduled the work to be done within 1 business day. He changed the hard drive in my older laptop to a new solid state model and installed Windows 11. While he was working, he was very open to my questions about other things, and we ended up changing my password manager and ad blocker. He also suggested I get a new battery because the one I had was warped and "swollen," which could be dangerous. He returned a few days later with the new battery and got it installed very quickly. I would definitely recommend Jeff for your home computer repair and upgrade needs. He is very courteous, and his prices are very reasonable.

Jeff was incredible. He has a deep expertise and understanding of computer both on the hardware and software side. He made sure my pc upgrade was done right and built to last. I was upgrading a part on my pc and Jeff did his due diligence to make sure I had the right equipment. Turns out I didn’t and the only way to make it work was to go the upgrade route. Jeff was able to completely dismantle my old prebuilt PC, take the useful components, and reassemble them plus the new components into a new case all at cost and labor. He helped me identify the correct parts to upgrade with and how they would interact with each other, helping me build a machine that will last. Can’t recommend him enough and his deep expertise in the area.

Outstanding experience. Jeff showed up at the scheduled time. I also appreciated the reminder text. He understood the printer / computer issues. He was able to resolve these issues fairly quickly. When I sent the request for service through TT, he responded within minutes, and we arranged for in-home appointment--total time from request to confirming a date, took less than 10 minutes. Great customer service for sure.

Really, Worry Free Tech was "top of the line" in all respects. I've used computers since 1982, but I am not technically gifted. Worry Free Tech definitely is, yet he made it easy for me to explain what was wrong with my system -- and easy for me to understand the best ways to correct the problems. He explained clearly the risks and benefits of options I was considering. And he had much better ideas than I had been considering.
