- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is a yearly grooming conference in the Kansas City area. I often learn new techniques as well as continuing to learn about new healthy grooming practices.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Feel free to stay and chat with me. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have. And I'm always happy to show you exactly where Your pet will spend the day getting pampered!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I try my best to follow owner's requests about haircuts. But there are times when a little understanding from both parties can be helpful. Sometimes our pets get mats or tangles that cannot be brushed out because it's just too painful for them. In these cases understanding that sometimes cutting the hair a shorter is often the best decision for them. Hair will always grow back and a fresh haircut is a great way to start new again.
