We are so happy with the new garage door added to our barn. We are converting it to an additional living space and L.O.X. went above and beyond for us. My garage door system broke and I had to manually open and close the door, so I was eager to get it fixed ASAP. Once I submitted my service request, late after normal business hours, Omar quickly responded first. He was very professional and courteous. He was eager to assess the situation and was quick to diagnose the issue. He was prompt and showed up on time. The garage door opening system is very nice and modern. I love it!
