- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are very fair on our pricing, it vary's according to your needs and wants, we have several options to choose from , how ever we do heve a $250 minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once a customer chooses us, if we don't have enough information or you have questions ,we set up a time to go and take a look at the work needed, if you want to be there for the bid that is great, other wise if you wish we can do the bid even while you are not available, if you tell us what you are looking for over the phone. At that point, we look over the job, point out any problems we may see, or ways we can improve your system, then we present you with a bid on the work, if you decide to work with us then you will get a written quote to your e-mail and we can get you on the schedule! and take care of it for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing gutters for about 30 years, and have been in business for myself for 19 years, we have experiance in every aspect of the field. We have done several apartment complexes, and commercial properties as well as thousands of residential homes, there isn't anything we cant handle or havn't seen!
