out of six contractors Jack was the only one to respond within 10 minutes of my request. came next night to look at and bid. told him if he did a good job that i had one more to do. i decided to go with the large porcilan white with blue tones. Jack gave me a nice discount for both..... he starts on my floors next.

That guy is a scammer and a thief. I wanted him to do a job in house and he wanted half and the other half when the job is done. So we agreed. I was going to be out of town and I requested my realtor who is also my friend to supervise the work. As soon as he received the half and I was out of town, the guy texted me and said he would not do the job and refused to give me back my money. Also his job is average or below average. He goes by Sam Your Handyman or Blu Rehab, his real name is Jack Harms. Please alert everyone who knows him. He also has a police record.
