Robert responded quickly to my request for someone to put in a new door know and lock. He called me and explained he was booked the week I called because he was filling for two men on vacation at work and yet he came to my house on a late afternoon and got the job done. He also purchased the a door knob and lock I wanted to sure was safe . It is. He has a great personality and excellent to work with. He is worth waiting for!
