Awesome experience! It can be such a hassle to move out and in to someplace new but it gave us such peace of mind to not have to worry about cleaning out the old and time to get our new space in order. The service was great everything we left behind was cleared out cleaned up and hauled off. Definitely worth every penny.

Her attention to detail, consistently giving quality service, and punctuality have made me a happy and now loyal and weekly customer! Thank you Misty for the peace of mind and beautiful job you do.

#1. At the time I hired her, she didn't have a business license. She informed me tonight that she did now. However, I couldn't find it on the business govt. site. I've requested asst from BBB. (just in case I missed it) #2. She wants money upfront! That should have been a clue for me. #3. I told her I wanted a deep clean since I'm getting ready to sell my house. When she got here she had a list to check off. I wasn't sure why she asked me all that, since I told her I wanted a deep cleaning. So it confused me. I was also having other projects going on such as painting. So I told her she didn't need to dust most of the walls down. I needed the bathrooms cleaned, carpet vacuumed, etc. The bedrooms upstairs was pretty much empty. She did need to clean the ceiling fans, vents, etc. She wrote down on her custom cleaning Instructions Sheet she would clean the Kitchen, Dining Room, Family Room, Rec Room, Dining Room, Study, and Living Room top to bottom. She would clean the Utility Room. She noted that I had high ceilings. #4. She came on 2/9 she was supposed to do the upstairs, main-master living and dining room. Start a 1pm and end at 7pm. She only got the upstairs cleaned all the bathrooms x one, vents, and ceiling fans. So she had a lot left. I thought she would have another person come and help her out, but she came today alone again even though she had 3/4 of my house cleaning to go, besides recleaning a few areas she missed upstairs. #5. At the time I hired her, I didn't know that she couldn't use. a regular ladder. She informed me that her insurance would only allow her to use a step ladder which was just 2 steps. I have 20 foot ceilings and I was concerned, but she assured me she had the tools to be able to clean that high. #6. We had talked over the phone and agreed that she would do the floors today. I was concerned because I only had 6 hours left on my 595.00 I had paid her. She spent 4.5 hours on my basement floor. I couldn't believe it! She had told me that she had a machine, but it was broke! I asked her why she didn't rent one from Home Depot, she said she wasn't familiar with them? (Not sure how she ended it) She said something about costing 1800.00 when she could buy a new one for 1600.00. I let it go. Since it took her so long to clean the tile, and to be honest it didn't turn out as clean as I feel a machine would have done. She did work very hard on getting the floor cleaned. I just feel she wasted a lot of time on the floor for what she accomplished. She did do her best! She was suppose to clean my kitchen floor too, however I decided it really needed to be refinished. I told her that and she said, but that's what you said I'd be doing, I was thinking that's one less thing you have to worry about, since there's a lot of cleaning left to do. I told her I'd like for her to clean my cabinet's instead with Restore when she was done downstairs. She read the directions and I guess it said it was a stain. She told me she was concerned about it matching and I might not not be happy with it. So, I told her, ok, forget it. I'll do it. So when you get done with the tile, you can clean the window shades and ceiling fans. I was hoping she would have time to do other items on the list, but by the time she was done, it was 40 min past her 6 hours. #6 So the cleaning she did for me included: 1. Bathrooms 2. Cleaned Vents upstairs, Shades(throughout house) and Ceiling Fans (except basement), some outlets, 3. Cleaned tile in basement 4. Dusted walls/ trim upstairs? =$595.00 Didn't dust, vacuum or clean: 1. Kitchen 2. LR, DR, Family Room, Utility Room, Rec Room 4. A few windows Does anyone think it was worth $595.00???? Before she left, I informed her that I was disappointed and not going to leave her a good review. Since she didn't clean half the items on the list. I was not happy and she could tell I was mad. She asked what she could do to make me happy, I finally told her I'd be happy if she finished cleaning my house. I told her that I thought she would have help since I had a big house and I asked for a deep cleaning! She told me I changed it from a deep cleaning to specifics. I said no I didn't! She told me she wouldn't have asked me anything on the list if I wanted a deep clean. I told her again, I told you I was selling my house and needed a deep cleaning you were the one that took your list out and asked. I answered the way I did because you asked and to be honest I was confused. I've had my house deep cleaned, no questions asked, top-bottom was done. They even did my laundry! If they hadn't retired, I would have hired them again. And due to the size, more than one person was here. She said she wanted to make me happy. She offered to give me back 300.00 I asked her when I could expect it, she said she would send me a check, I asked her when, I don't recall her answer. She asked me how she could please me, I told her, to finish cleaning my house! She said wouldn't it wasn't on the list to clean top to bottom and went to her car to get her cleaning list. She came back, handed it to me, told me I was very rude and she wouldn't give me the 300.00 now. My words weren't kind. After she left, I texted her and informed her she would be seeing me in court if I didn't receive a refund with in a week, I would file a complaint and take her to court. I am not proud of myself for getting so upset, but I've been taken so many times, money is tight, trying to get house sold to get to Oklahoma to take care of my 80 year old aunt that's ill, I just lost it! I think I've learned my lesson on hiring, then I find out I haven't. It's so frustrating! Positive on Misty: She was a very hard worker. She said she was very organized, however, she showed me she wasn't. For the size of my house, and the list, she knew that one person couldn't get it done in 12 hours. I paid 595.00( which was a sale price)and didn't get half my house cleaned! That means I paid her basically 50.00/hr. Like I told her, my daughter is a Nurse, has had 5 years of education, and doesn't make $50.00/hr! She on the other hand, has no business license, hasn't had her business as long as she told me, fooled me in hiring her company telling me she could clean my house in that time-line. What a fool I was! All I can say to anyone hiring someone, be careful! Spend a little more money, if need be, for a reputable company. I'm thinking, I should have contacted them first, and seen if they were higher than someone that doesn't have the experience, equipment, help to provide quality services in a timely manner. I would add photos if I knew how to on the computer. I do have pictures of the agreement where it states the custom cleaning instructions which states top to bottom in many rooms, which she denied before she left this evening.
