- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary per individual home needs & Based on the size, your standards for clean( mine are very high). My initial rate for the 1-3 cleans ( depending on our base line) is higher than the average upkeep rates. This is to get your home to a clean state where you & I are comfortable with how you want your home kept on a regular basis.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Currently I am employed with Celtic property management as their only cleaner. I do this part time. I clean vacant apartments before the tenants take possession. These cleans can be very disgusting or very well kept. I provide Celtic with outstanding cleaning no matter what the job entails.
