We choose Recon Restorations after a leak developed over our dining area. I called several roofers and contractors absolutely none of them even got onto the roof. Just gave me numbers. Our insurance company sent out a drone operator to take photos, but it wasnt detailed enough to show anything so our claim was denied. I had a friend of ours hand me Justin at Recons number for another opinion. Justin was fourth to come out and he threw a ladder up right away and really inspected the roof and found hail damage on our roof, gutters and garage door. After going to bat with the insurance company for us, he sent all the photos in detailing the damage. Insurance then approved and the results are great. No more leaks, a good looking roof, new garage door and nice white shiny gutters. They are not just a roofing company, they fixed and replaced the inside damage parts of our dining ceiling. Good work. Would definitely use again for other projects as well as roofing if we ever need it.

Recon Restoration responded immediately to replace my damaged roof that resulted from a hail store in the Liberty ,Mo area. Within a couple days, Justin Moyer begun to work with my insurance company, and within 3-4 days, the roofing materials arrived. The next day, Mr Moyer and his crew started removing the roof and in two days completed the work.The actual workers were highly professional, courteous and kept me informed as to progress over these two days. Clean up and removal of old material was superb. On a scale of 1-10 they rate way above 10.Justin Moyer is a superb manager and was thorough with all paperwork and advisories as the project evolved. I rate him well above 10 on the same scale. However i must say something else about Mr Moyer.His communication throughout was excellent. His coordination with USSA Insurance could not possibly be better. He even sends scope of work, contracts and the certificate of improved material to insurance- i did nothing. He did it all- a surprise to me.I doubt other roofing companies take care of everything like they do.Neighbors were even impressed by the efficiency. I was impressed by workmanship, communication and coordination with insurance. I have had numerous home improvements or home work done over the years. This was the best!! Highly recommended!

We offer a military discount for our fellow veterans since we are a veteran owned and operated company. We also offer in-house financing through hearth. We are preferred contractors with many insurance companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In-depth inspections with photos and a thorough breakdown of their homes state. So they can make the most educated decision for their homes needs. Walking people through the claims process or helping them with a retail estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in project management. Kansas City and Johnson County certified residential contractor. Accredited with the BBB. Certified shingle master through certainteed.
