- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Television mounting price structure based on size of television. Cable concealment, and connection to devices are included in the installation price. Additional charges apply for items such as addition of an electrical outlet, providing cables or mount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer at their installation location to discuss their plans. This allows me to view the project and inform the client of any potential issues that might arise. I then schedule the installation at a time convenient for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology is always changing and improving and as a result, we have to continually be involved in training and education.
