I understand that no two individuals are alike in their fitness and nutritional needs. As a trainer and lifestyle coach, I take a holistic approach in helping clients determine the most effective strengthening and weight management program to suit their personalities and schedules. I offer several on-location fitness classes, and I will travel as well. I specialize in weight loss, strengthening, toning, flexibility, and behavioral change. I am ACE and WITS certified as a personal trainer, and Ashtanga certified as a yoga instructor. I also offer several fitness classes, including yoga, small group training, and zumba.
