- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and reliable some of the best prices over our competition and honestly more value with our service and communication to the valued customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take appointments and introduce myself and find out what their needs are. I quote them a price and schedule the service . I will also go over things with the customer to prep for the service.I will also educate them on any actions they can take that will help with resolving their issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the best state of the art training at a training facility in St Paul Minnesota. I have worked with two large national companies and learned integrity in the industry and what that looks like for me personally. I love what I do. It brings great joy in helping others with their pest needs.
